THE LAWSUIT FUNDING APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete our
Online Application to start the
process.
Once we receive your
application, we
will fax a request for your case documentation to your attorney within 1
business day.
IMPORTANT: You will need
to immediately notify your attorney that you have applied for an advance
on your settlement and that you authorize and instruct your attorney to
release any information that we may request. We cannot process your application
without your attorney’s cooperation.
Once we receive your case documentation
from your attorney, your file will go into underwriting for review.
We usually have a decision within 3 business business days of receiving
your documents from your attorney.
If your application is approved,
you will be notified of the amount and terms of the approval by our
funding department. You may also be requested to provide additional
identification information at this time.
Upon your acceptance of the terms of
the approval, we will prepare and fax a Funding Agreement to your attorney for
your signature. Your attorney will also be required to sign to
acknowledge the lien. Once the signed agreement is faxed back to us, we
can direct deposit or FedEx a check to you within 24 hours.
